GET TO KNOW ME🫶🏼 Hi, I’m Dr. Ana CD, and I’m here to guide women like you through the challenges of health and wellness, specially perimenopause and menopause. But let’s make this fun, here are a few things about me that might surprise you:
1. Passionate about women’s health: I’ve dedicated my career to helping women navigate menopause with science-backed solutions. From mood swings to hot flashes, I believe every woman deserves to feel strong, informed, and empowered.
2. Science meets empathy: I co-founded a company to develop solutions like Menoplay, designed to provide natural menopause symptom relief based on research and real women’s needs (leave a comment if you wanna know more)
3. I’m a strong believer in holistic health. You’ll often find me talking about strength training, nutrition, and mindfulness, because managing menopause is about more than medicine!
