Looking and feeling amazing are both bi-product’s of our daily lifestyles

It takes some trial and error to find the activities that we really like and will do consistently.

As long as we find one that gets our heart rate up and strengthens our muscles/bones we will be in good shape.

So whether that’s biking, hiking, walking, swimming, lifting, rocking climbing, it doesn’t really matter.

We all have a lot going on so make sure to keep it fun! Don’t force yourself to do things you hate.

That’s only adding extra stress that you don’t need 🙅🏾‍♀️

As a coach I’m all about transparency. The reason why I’m not into fad diets or aggressive diets is because I too have struggled to lose weight and keep it off from being too aggressive.

As a former binge eater, I didn’t understand that one of the BIGGEST reasons I’d lose weight and gain it ALL back was due to the extremeness of the plans I was on.

I became a coach 12 years ago to heal myself and my own relationship with food. Over the years of trial and error.

Working through my own issues and coaching 1000s of clients, I’ve learned that it all comes down to the daily habits you practice.

The ones that are sustainable.
The ones that makes sense for you
The ones that are doable for life (not just 12 weeks)

My coaching isn’t sexy because it requires permanent change not a quick fix or a 7 days detox.

I’ve failed too many times to charge people to watch them fail on my watch.

Try this exercise:

Imagine your Perfect Day.

Imagine you’ve succeeded, and you’ve gotten everything you wanted.

What’s happening?
What are you doing?
What’s around you?
What’s better?

Now, see if you can do a tiny piece of your Perfect Day, today.

This could be as simple as spending 30 seconds doing a little extra to work towards your goals.

Or tacking up a picture of what your Perfect Day might look like.

Or pretending, if only for a moment, that you’ve already become that person you want to be.

That you already live the way you want to live, and feel how you want to feel.

The more you can imagine yourself living your goals, the more real they get.

Don’t worry about being stuck with what you don’t want.

You’ve already started taking steps towards change.

Focus on moving toward what you do want.
Reward yourself for every small victory.

Everything counts, no matter how little.

I love having a because it helps keep me accountable to hitting a daily step count.

This past weekend I spent it hiking and easily achieved over 10k steps.

Im aiming to achieve 10000 daily and I encourage you to do the same if you aren’t already.

With being on vacation, it’s easy to come back feeling bloated, uncomfortable and as if you “fell off” your routine.

I feel the exact opposite. Thanks 💕

Our Story

When life gets crazy and responsibilities at home and work pile one on top of the other, it’s easy to let our health and fitness slip. The years go by and we don’t even realize how much our health had declined.

But for most of us, there comes a time when we realize things must change. A time when gaining control over our body takes on new urgency.

For some, it’s a scary health diagnosis. For others it’s watching a loved one struggle with their own health problems. And for others still, it’s when they finally realize they’ve spent so many years taking care of others, that they neglected to take care of themselves.

When it’s time to turn things around and start a new health and fitness program, however, it can be difficult to know what to do next. And staying motivated is hard — especially if you try to do it all on your own.
