Let me ask you something real quick.

Low blood pressure on keto? That’s not a problem that’s physiology. Dizzy? Lightheaded? Head rush when standing after going low-carb?” It’s usually not dangerous. It’s expected.

When carbs drop, insulin drops. When insulin drops, your kidneys dump sodium. Water follows sodium. Blood volume drops. Lower volume = lower BP. Every gram of glycogen holds 3–4 grams of water. Low-carb empties glycogen and water goes with it. Most people cut carbs and salt. That makes it worse.

Add sodium. Hydrate intentionally. Eat enough calories. Magnesium helps. If you’re on blood pressure meds and doing low-carb get evaluated. And if this helped you, save this and send it to someone starting keto.
