You spent the weekend doing what Miami does best.

Time in the sun at South Beach.
Walking the boardwalk.
Brunch in Wynwood.

• stretching something unstable can irritate it more
• chronic back pain is usually a load tolerance issue
• weak or underactive stabilizers (deep core, glutes) matter

One of the biggest misconceptions I hear is:
“If it hurts, I must have messed something up.” 🤕
