Join Dany Sa for a workshop focused on improving shoulder and hip flexibility, essential for daily movement and yoga practice. We’ll explore mobility exercises and work up to poses like Urdhva Dhanurasana and Lotus. Additionally, Dany will guide you through the correct technique for inversions, from headstands to handstands, ensuring safe and effective ex*****on for all levels.

We know how important it is to have these joints healthy and flexible in our daily movements and in yoga practice as well.
In this class we will explore shoulder and hip mobility movements, evolving into postures that require shoulder flexibility such as urdhva dhanurasana and its variations, and hip flexibility such as lotus pose, kurmasana and variations. All so that you understand how to perform all these postures in a consistent and safe way.

Inversions are always challenging and can cause some discomfort and fear if not done with the correct technique.
In this class I will teach the structure of inverted postures using strength and alignment exercises to help with correct and safe ex*****on. We will work on postures from the most basic, such as headstands, to more complex ones such as pincha mayurasana and handstands. All students of all levels are welcome.
