Hagen Eye Care is hiring! This is a full-time on-site role as an Optometric Technician/Front Desk at Hagen Eye Care located in The Crossings, Miami, FL. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, verify patient insurance information and process insurance claims, answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, assisting patients with check-in and check-out processes along with billing. Aside from front desk responsibilities you will also be trained to perform certain tests on patients before they see the doctor.
