Minimally Invasive Lumbar Decompression (MILD) is a proven, outpatient procedure designed to relieve pain and improve mobility in patients suffering from lumbar spinal stenosis (LSS).

This condition, often caused by a thickening of ligament tissue in the spine, leads to nerve compression and results in chronic lower back and leg pain, as well as difficulty walking or standing for extended periods.

Bone marrow concentrate injection is a cutting-edge, non-surgical treatment to enhance the body’s natural healing process. This innovative treatment harnesses your body’s regenerative cells to accelerate healing, reduce inflammation, and repair damaged tissues.

Unlike traditional pain management options that simply mask discomfort, BMC injections address the root cause of the pain, promoting tissue regeneration and long-lasting results.

Unlike traditional open spine surgery, this technique uses a small incision and specialized instruments, including an endoscope (a thin, flexible tube with a camera), to access and remove the portion of the damaged disc pressing on nearby nerves.

This minimally invasive procedure is one of the advanced treatments offered at Neuro Spine & Pain Center, designed to relieve pain and restore function with minimal downtime.

𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗟𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗙𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, or ALIF, is often recommended as a treatment option when other conservative treatments, such as physical therapy, medication, or injections, have failed to provide relief.

It is also a preferred option for patients with severe or complex spinal conditions that cannot be treated through other surgical methods.

Interlaminar injections, also known as epidural injections, have gained popularity in recent years as a safe and non-surgical alternative to traditional treatments for back pain.

In this procedure, anti-inflammatory medication is injected into the space between the vertebrae, called the epidural space, to target and reduce inflammation and pain.

Robotic-assisted orthopedic surgery does not replace the surgeon. Instead, it acts as a highly precise tool that allows the surgeon to plan and execute procedures with enhanced accuracy. This technology is especially beneficial for complex surgeries, where even the slightest deviation can affect outcomes.

Cervical disc replacement is a surgical procedure that aims to alleviate neck pain and restore normal function by replacing a damaged intervertebral disc with an artificial disc implant.

During the procedure, a small incision is made in the front of the neck to remove the damaged disc. The artificial disc, designed to mimic the spine's natural function, is then inserted into the space between the vertebrae. This allows for the restoration of normal disc height and spinal alignment.

RFA is a medical procedure that uses heat to destroy the nerve fibers that transmit pain signals to the brain. It is most commonly used to treat chronic pain conditions such as osteoarthritis, back pain, neck pain, and joint pain.

During an RFA procedure, a small needle is inserted near the affected nerve under the guidance of an X-ray. Once in position, a mild electric current is passed through the needle to create heat, which affects the surrounding nerve fibers. This heat effectively “ablates” or destroys the nerve, interrupting the pain signals and providing relief.

Electroencephalography, or EEG, is a technique that measures the brain's electrical activity. It records brain waves to determine any signs of abnormal electrical activity. EEG helps diagnose various conditions, such as seizures, fainting spells, blackout spells, confusion, amnesia, and memory lapses.

Electroencephalography (Ambulatory and Routine)
A routine EEG is conducted in the office, where the brain waves are recorded for 30 minutes. On the other hand, an ambulatory EEG requires monitoring the patient for 48 or 72 hours, depending on the clinical evaluation. The procedure involves placing small surface electrodes on the scalp or head and then connected to a recording device.
