Our team have recently started reading the incredible Unbreakable: A Woman’s Guide to Aging with Power by Dr Vonda Wright, an important and inspiring conversation in today’s world.

This book explores what it really means for women to age with strength, vitality, and agency, especially through midlife, menopause, and beyond. With its science-backed approach to topics many women are navigating in real time, the perspective closely aligns with how we approach health at Pritikin: not through quick fixes, but through education, lifestyle, and daily habits that support lasting wellbeing.
