In January 2024, Pam arrived at Pritikin weighing 280 pounds and using a scooter and walker to get around. With the support of our team of physicians, exercise physiologists, behavioral therapists, and continued guidance from our registered dietitian and functional nutrition specialist, Martha Theran, Pam now weighs 210 pounds.
