black tea + chicory root + burdock root
→ gentle, steady energy (without the spike + crash)
→ supports digestion instead of irritating it
→ feels grounding, not overstimulating

Because I’m not interested in energy that comes at a cost anymore

I’m focused on supporting my body first so energy can follow steadily

Being around my favorite 3 yr old recently confirmed something I see all the time with my clients:

👉 your body’s needs didn’t go away…
you just stopped supporting them

Most women are trying to out-train and out-eat a body that’s under-recovered.

Thats like continuing to fill up a bucket with a hole in the bottom.

Sleep is your FOUNDATION and the highest ROI habit for your energy, body, and how you age…

It’s just that maybe it’s not sexy like the hottest new diet, some fancy supplement protocol, or a special workout they’re blasting you with on social media.

So, it’s often the one getting the least attention, but the single most common thing almost every one of my clients needs help with when we begin working together.

This is the routine I come back to when I want deep, restorative sleep:

You don’t need to do everything perfectly but you do need to start prioritizing it and creating a system you can commit to every single day.

Restricting before one indulgent dinner SEEMS harmless.

Heck you’re just trying to plan ahead and look out for yourself… right??

But what you might not realize is that this one eating habit is sneakily holding you back from actually achieving the lean body and vibrant health you’re after.

If you’re like the old me and most of the women I coach, this is likely not an isolated situation and you’re probably restricting food, holding back, and underrating often.

And it’s doing damage not only physically (throwing off your blood sugar, spiking cortisol at inappropriate times, depriving your gut & hormones of nutrients), but maybe even more so mentally & emotionally with how you care for yourself and nourish yourself.

Theres a better way.

That includes unapologetically enjoying good food, feeling confident in your body, and being at peace within so you can go live your life and get outta your head.
