Ashley Mestre, MS, BCBA, is the Founder and Director of Mestre Behavior Development, LLC. She earned her Master of Science degree in Psychology with a specialization in Behavior Analysis from Florida International University in 2008. Ashley began her professional work with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in 2000 and has since accumulated extensive experience supporting individuals with a wide range of developmental and behavioral needs, as well as neurotypical
children exhibiting behavioral challenges.
Ashley specializes in early intervention and is highly skilled in the design, implementation, and clinical supervision of Verbal Behaviorโbased programs. Her clinical focus includes increasing functional language and communication, appropriate play skills, self-help and adaptive skills, and social development, while effectively reducing maladaptive behaviors. In addition to direct clinical services, Ashley provides individualized parent training within the home and offers consultation services to agencies and fellow professionals. She has successfully implemented feeding intervention programs for children with restricted food repertoires and has supported numerous families through the toilet-training process.
Ashley remains committed to professional growth and clinical excellence by regularly participating in continuing education, workshops, and trainings to stay current with emerging research and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis.
