Bringing a new life into the world can be both beautiful and overwhelming.

If you’re feeling more than just the typical ‘baby blues’—like constant anxiety, exhaustion, or worry—it could be a sign of postnatal depression. 💔

Many new moms experience this, and it’s nothing to be ashamed of. Whether you’re struggling with low mood, trouble sleeping, or feeling overly worried about your baby, know that you're not alone. Reaching out for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

You deserve support, love, and care during this time. 💕

💭 Instead, focus on the things that bring you peace—spend time with family, dive into your favorite hobbies, and remember that it's completely okay to not be okay.

Take it one step at a time, and be gentle with yourself. 🌿

Feeling a little overwhelmed or stressed out? It's totally normal, and we all go through it! 😊

But the good news is, there are some super easy ways to help reduce that stress and feel more like yourself again. Here are 5 simple things you can try right now:
Get your body moving with a quick workout or a walk (even a dance session counts!), take a few deep breaths to calm your mind, or maybe meditate for a few minutes.

If things feel chaotic, try organizing your space—it can work wonders for clearing your head. And don’t forget, it’s okay to take a time out whenever you need one! 💆‍♀️💫

These little actions can make a big difference, so give yourself the love and care you deserve today. You’ve got this! 🌟💖

'Yes' isn’t the only answer you have to give when you're asked how you’re doing.

It’s perfectly okay to express your feelings, let others know what you're going through, and ask for help when you need it. 🤗

There’s light for everyone—just keep your heart open! 🤍

Women’s Mental Health Group- Florida Mental Healthcare Practitioners

We are a women's mental health group that dedicates ourselves to providing individual, couples, and family counseling.

We primarily focus on antenatal and postpartum mood disorders. However, my team and I also treat women who suffer from neonatal loss or any other woman-related issue. Understanding that with children come scheduling conflicts, we welcome you to bring your child(ren). As part of the postpartum treatment regime, our clinicians will go to your home for the first three sessions, and then you are encouraged to complete the remaining sessions at one of our main offices.

In addition we offer other women's services such as therapy for infidelity, stress and mood disorders not related to pregnancy.

Groups are also offered such as a Pregnancy support group, postpartum support groups, and infant massage groups.
