On Friday, January 16, the Board of Directors of Thriving Mind South Florida, Inc. appointed Laura M. Naredo as the organization’s President and Chief Executive Officer.

Ms. Naredo brings more than 21 years of service to Thriving Mind South Florida, having held a variety of leadership roles throughout her tenure. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, where she provided strategic and operational leadership, overseeing program planning and ensuring coordination and efficiency across administrative, programmatic, and operational functions to support effective service delivery.

In addition to her work at Thriving Mind, Ms. Naredo has extensive experience collaborating with state agencies and nonprofit organizations in the behavioral health care system. She looks forward to working closely with providers, community partners, and stakeholders in her new role to continue advancing the organization’s mission.
