After a long time developing this work, I’m opening a small Founding Participant (Pre-Pilot) group for my Trauma Bond Release Program.

Trauma bonds can keep people emotionally tied to harmful or confusing relationships long after they know something isn’t right. This program is designed to gently help loosen that grip through education, guided reflection, and structured support tools that help shift how trauma bonds live in both the nervous system and memory.

Before releasing this more widely to agencies and organizations, I’m gathering real-world outcome data and feedback so it can reach more people responsibly — including those who may never have access to this kind of support otherwise.

A teenage girl, a former victim of molestation, reported these changes after sessions in my model: I’ve noticed many changes in my life, first I learned how to control my anger and work on my attitude problems, also in my time managing problems. Being here has helped me cope with many problems, such as being separated from my dad and my sister, the death of my grandmother, the distant relationship with my mother and the relationship with my boyfriend. L has been a great facilitator!!! She has helped me unlock my fears and worries.
