What I would do if I were you and wanted to get lean for Summer ☀️👙

Listen, I know every single year you do the same s**t. You wait until last minute to get ready for Summer and you end up crash dieting. We’re not doing that anymore!!! If you start today, you can see so much progress by Summer.

1. I would start tracking my food!! Find out how much you’re eating right now and then make sure you’re starting to eat in a calorie deficit. Nothing too crazy, just a small calorie deficit in the beginning so you can start seeing the scale go down.

2. I would start working out consistently. Honestly if you’re not working out at all, start with 3x/week. If you’re working out consistently, get on a plan!!!!! Stop winging your workouts and start following a program. Programs provide structure and that’s what you need girl. No more guessing!!

3. I would tell myself to be patient. The process of losing BF can be long depending on how much weight you wanna lose but stay patient and committed to your goals. I promise it’ll pay off!!

I didn’t think I’d feel like me again, until I did.

My body gave me my baby boy, and that alone is insane to me. But I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t scared I’d never feel confident in my skin again. I gained 40lbs, and after giving birth, I made a decision… I was going to rebuild.

Not rush it. Not hate my body through it. Rebuild it.

I stayed consistent. I showed up even when it felt slow. I figured it out, like I always do. And now? I don’t just feel like the old me. I feel stronger, more confident, and more proud than ever.

And the best part? I know I can do it again.

If you’re in that postpartum phase feeling a little lost, this is your reminder that your comeback is going to hit harder than anything before it 🤍
