On April 26, 2025, Dr. Thomas A. Edwards, Professor of Biochemistry and Chair of the LU Research Advisory Committee, represented Larkin University at the South Florida Chapter of the American Chemical Society’s Chemical Sciences Symposium with his talk, “Designer Proteins for Manipulation of Intra-cellular Signaling Pathways.”

At the same event, our student Adenike Ade took home 1st place for her research poster presentation titled, “Characterization on Novel Cytokinin Analogs for Prevention of Cisplatin Ototoxicity.” 🏆👏
