Meet Dr. Nathalie Cabrera!
Dr. Nathalie Cabrera is a board-certified optometrist in the state of Florida. Her journey in optometry began at Laria Eye Care, where she gained hands-on experience as a technician and glasses specialist while completing her undergraduate studies at Florida International University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She continued her education at Nova Southeastern University, where she earned a Bachelor in Vision Science and a Doctor of Optometry degree. During her time at Nova, Dr. Cabrera received extensive clinical training alongside leading ophthalmologists in the Miami area, developing advanced skills in the diagnosis and management of a wide range of eye conditions. She also received training in specialty contact lenses—including scleral lenses, orthokeratology (ortho-k), and myopia control treatment options.
Dr. Nathalie Cabrera is committed to providing personalized, high-quality eye care to every patient she sees and educating patients about their eye health. She is fluent in English and Spanish. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family and staying active by playing pickleball.
