Reentry doesn’t come with a manual, and for thousands of people returning to Miami-Dade each year, the hardest part begins after release.

Our Non-Residential Support program exists for that moment. This program extends beyond our residential campus to support people navigating life after incarceration, whether they stayed with us or not. It’s about guidance, consistency, and having someone walk alongside you while you rebuild.

Second chances aren’t simple, but with the right help, they’re possible and powerful.🙌

Join us for this 12-step, faith-based recovery program led by Cleve Bell, CEO of Riverside House. 💙 Open to all dealing with hurt, habits, or hang-ups, including those with past substance abuse/addictions.

Riverside House includes shared living spaces, classrooms, training rooms, a chapel, and areas for meals, recreation, and everyday routines. It’s a practical, supportive environment built for people working toward stability and independence.

Located in central Miami since 1972, Riverside House has grown into a three-building campus serving up to 120 men and women at a time, all with access to transportation, resources, and community.

This is where rebuilding starts, one day at a time.💙

Our Mission & Vision

Mission: Riverside House exists to guide men and women convicted of crime into becoming productive citizens through a non-denominational, faith-based approach.

Vision: That all individuals, whether imprisoned in mind or spirit, will lead positive and productive lives when given the opportunity to succeed. Riverside House seeks to change the lives of at-risk individuals (regardless of gender or culture) through community and residential programs that emphasize personal accountability, family relationships, and spiritual growth.

We envision a future where the formerly incarcerated are good citizens and neighbors – productive, educated, with strong family and spiritual values, playing an equal role in contributing to a safe and vibrant community.
