If you’re using GLP-1 medications, where you inject matters just as much as how you inject. Here’s a quick guide to the most effective areas:

Stomach (abdomen)�The most common spot. Inject at least 2 inches away from your belly button, rotating around the area to avoid irritation or lumps.

Inner Thighs�Use the inner upper thigh (about midway between your hip and knee). This area is great for self-injection and tends to be less sensitive.

Back of the arm�Target the fatty area on the back of your upper arm (tricep region). This one can be trickier, having someone assist can help ensure proper placement.
