I make these adjustments based on a variety of needs I notice around me.

I also make these adjustments based on what I feel will bring me greater joy and excitement!

5️⃣ Years ago, I began offering HypnoBirthing Classes.

🔟 Years ago, I began offering Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy.

*️⃣ My career and practice has evolved greatly over the last 20 years when I began my journey in this profession.

⏩️ Each 1/2 decade offers me an opportunity to explore my passions deeply and decide if I’m serving my clients and myself the very best.

📖 This means I allow myself to explore each year, each offering, client stories and journeys, personal curiosities and learnings, and greater opportunities that I have noticed in my communities.

🩷 This year, I am bringing big changes.

Yes, this is scary, beaches change isn’t scary, but it’s even scarier to see something and not address it.

✨As I explored client and personal experiences over the last 5 years, I realized a big umbrella that needs to be addressed as a process of growth and change.

🩷 And if you are wondering, yes, pink will still be a big part of everything I do! Cultivating softeness, comfort, safety, calm, peace, growth, and confidence.

✨This month is all about embracing the power of saying “no” to protect your peace, especially as we head into the holiday season.

🫶 Setting boundaries that are based on your needs isn’t just important; it’s essential for your mental and emotional well-being.

Here are 2 simple ways to start:

1️⃣ The 24-Hour Pause – Take a 24-hour pause before saying yes.

This gives you a chance to reflect on your schedule and decide if it aligns with your well-being.

2️⃣ Kind, Confident “No” – Practice saying “no” with kindness.

Phrases like, “Thanks for thinking of me, but I can’t this time,” can help you set boundaries without feeling guilty.

Remember: Boundaries are the best self-care gift you can give yourself this NO-vember and beyond. 💖

🦋👼 Today, on Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day, we honor the babies who were so loved and so wanted.

Observed annually on October 15th, this day is dedicated to honoring the babies lost through miscarriage, stillbirth, or neonatal death.

Today also serves to raise awareness of the emotional and psychological struggles faced by those who have experienced pregnancy and infant loss.

I want to honor and hold space for anyone that has experienced pregnancy or loss, loss around motherhood

I’d also like to honor and hold space for those with infertility, and those who walked away from fertility treatment without the child they yearned for.

🤍 This day is for all of you 🤍

While this month shines a light on loss, it’s also a reminder of how complex and deeply personal this journey can be.

✨ It’s okay to grieve, to feel sadness, and to honor your loss in the way that feels right for you.

🫶You don’t have to navigate this alone or stay silent about the pain that others may not fully understand.

💭 Your story matters, and your heart deserves the same space to heal.

🫂 If you’re feeling a weight on your chest this month, know that you’re seen, supported, and not alone.

On this day dedicated to mental health awareness, here are some gentle reminders for you:

✨ It’s okay to not always feel happy.
✨ It’s okay if you feel like a hot mess.
✨ It’s okay to ask for help.
✨ It’s okay to put yourself first.
✨ It’s okay to have off days.
✨ It’s ok to say No to prioritize yourself.

Remember, you’re not alone—many others are on a similar journey. If life feels heavy, give yourself permission to take a break.

Whether it’s a break from work, social media, or even social obligations—take the time you need to breathe and focus on you.

Today, celebrate the small things you’ve overcome, and those yet to be conquered.

Take time to identify your strengths and define your goals - it begins with that first step.

You are strong and resilient, even on the toughest of days. Prioritize your care and wellness.

A mother’s journey is a unique mental, emotional, physical and spiritual journey.

In the journey to parenting, each parent experiences their connection to the baby in their own unique way.

There’s no right or wrong way to feel.

For women and couples that experience loss at any stage in their journey, it can be fill w with feelings of sadness, anxiety, uncertainty and so many more emotions.

Some become familiar with the experience of loss one, multiple times and others may never become aware of it.

🤍 Please know you are not alone, even though it may feel like it.

🤍Please know it’s ok to set boundaries for yourself.

🤍 Please know there’s not one right way to move through loss.

🤍 Please know you can step back or away at any time and get what you need to support your journey.

If you find yourself wanting to take a step back, to pull into your safe zone, find your comfort and healing, but don’t want to do it alone, I am here.

🌬️ Feeling Overwhelmed?

Let’s Breathe Through It…

Ever notice how stress just sneaks up on you? Every day, right 😅

Your breath can be your best tool to find some calm in the chaos.

Try these 4 mindful breathing techniques—they’re quick, simple, and surprisingly powerful. 💪

1️⃣ Equal Breathing: Inhale for 4 counts, exhale for 4. Think of it as hitting the reset button on your mind. 🧘‍♀️

2️⃣ Abdominal Breathing: One hand on your chest, one on your belly. Feel that deep, grounding breath? That’s you reconnecting with your calm. 🌱

3️⃣ 4-7-8 Breathing: Inhale for 4, hold for 7, and exhale for 8. This technique can really take the edge off anxiety. 🌊

4️⃣ Alternate Nostril Breathing: Close one nostril, inhale through the other, switch and exhale. It’s like a little brain balancing act. 🧠
