The Travel & Health Insurance Series (THIS) is an integral part of the ecosystem that produces protection products and solutions for travelers. It served as an excellent platform for fostering discussions around international traveler assistance, and we amplified these conversations by transforming them into fresh and engaging opportunities. INNOVATE THIS 2023 took place on September 13 and 14 at To***co Dock in London. We are pleased to announce that, as of today, Nestor Stark has been promoted to MDabroad's Trainer and Quality Assurance. Nestor has an impeccable track record in the company of just over 5 years which positions him as a key member of the operation. Since his beginnings, he has stood out as an Assistance Agent, progressively reaching certain knowledge that he was able to transfer to new generations of agents. Since then, he has performed very satisfactorily as Team Leader and has accompanied us in very challenging moments of the company that undoubtedly take him to the next level. This promotion is the natural result of his continuous efforts, commitment, extensive knowledge and above all, his excellent human qualities. We are very excited about this promotion and extend to Nestor our well-deserved congratulations on his new position!
