Did you know that you might have money left on the table for eye care? It’s true! There are a couple places where you might:
1. Your annual benefits from vision insurance coverage. Since your benefit max resets at the end of the year, there’s no better time to get eyecare.
2. Leftover dollars in your Flexible Spending Account (FSA). An FSA lets you set aside dollars pre-tax for healthcare-related expenses. Unfortunately, these contributions expire at the end of the year.
What you might not know is that you can use FSA dollars to cover any eye-related treatment and eyewear at Suarez Optical. This includes:
- Eye exams
- Prescription eyeglass lenses and frames
- Prescription sunglasses
- Contact lenses
-Upneeq (drops that raise and lift your lids)
- Many eyewear and care accessories like eye drops, warm compress masks, and lid scrub shampoos.
If you’ve been putting off your annual eye exam, or just need a new look in time for the holidays, and you haven’t used your benefits this year or have funds in your FSA - now’s the time to get it done!
