🥔 CRISPY SMASHED POTATOES WITH GARLIC & HERBS

These crispy smashed potatoes are one of the easiest and most delicious holiday side dishes you can make. They use simple ingredients, come together with minimal prep, and deliver that golden, crunchy-on-the-outside, fluffy-on-the-inside perfection everyone reaches for first.

Ingredients:
• Small gold potatoes
• Olive oil
• Garlic powder or minced garlic
• Sea salt
• Fresh rosemary or thyme

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, then drain and let steam dry.
3. Place potatoes on a parchment-lined baking sheet and gently smash with the bottom of a glass.
4. Drizzle generously with olive oil and season with garlic and sea salt.
5. Sprinkle with fresh herbs.
6. Roast for 35–45 minutes, flipping once, until deeply golden and crispy.
7. Finish with extra cheese (and more herbs if you like) and serve warm.

Save this for an easy holiday side dish everyone will fight over ✨
