What happens during a closed preservation ultrasonic rhinoplasty with Dr. Durand?

In this case, the goal was to refine a plunging and bulbous tip while smoothing a dorsal hump. With ultrasonic rhinoplasty, Dr. Durand is able to do this without breaking nasal bones, which means less trauma, less bruising, and a smoother recovery.
