This beautiful transformation was achieved with a closed preservation ultrasonic rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Durand.

Our patient wanted to address a plunging, bulbous tip and smooth her dorsal hump. With ultrasonic rhinoplasty, these refinements are made without breaking bones, which helps minimize trauma and bruising while preserving the natural structure of the nose. Most people don’t realize explant surgery goes beyond breast implants. Buttock implants can also be safely removed, and for some patients, that decision is an important step toward feeling more comfortable in their body again.

Our patient came to see Dr. Durand because he was struggling with breathing due to a significant septal deviation. Improving function was the priority, with aesthetics thoughtfully addressed along the way.
