These are some of the phrases that have been on repeat this year. Through a transition of moving (again!) rebuilding, adjusting and growing…these kept things in perspective for me.

Hi All!!
I know, it’s been a while but I’m alright.
As many of you know I have moved back to the US after living overseas for 16 years. Traveling the world and coming back now has been a shock to the system to say the least. I have taken some time to get grounded and get me and my family settled.
I’m excited to reconnect with you and share a bit of what has been going on and some deep crystal and spiritual knowledge that has been coming in heavy.

This red kite keeps showing up. She circles above when I start doubting myself and lands in my yard in the morning while I take in the sun.

Two mornings ago, I found one of its feathers right outside my door. A clear message from the universe: You’re on the right path. Keep going. One step at a time.

Everything is evolving the way it should to strengthen who you chose to be today.

Once again, I’m packing up all my crystals, my books, my loves, my life and moving. After 16 years living all over the world, we are heading back home to the US.
It’s been a wild ride for me and my family but I can’t wait to be close to family and friends.
Im also excited for this new chapter for Remember Love. I see loads of in person workshops and retreats 💕. I can’t wait to share it with you and bring your some new tools and healing for your spirit 🫶🏼

As I celebrate 42 rotations around the sun, I just want to take a moment to say that I am grateful for you for being a part of my journey and allowing me to be a part of yours.
As a few of you know I will be moving back to the states after 16 years of living overseas with my family. I don’t know what the future holds for me or my family, but I’m looking forward to the adventure 🫶🏼. Thank you for being here 💕

Dried some lime slices and they look so pretty.
These are awesome to have in your pantry for both cooking and spirit centered rituals.
If you have lemons that are starting to get hard or you know won’t use before thy go bad, pop them in the oven for about 130F for a few hours until they are dry.
They look and smell so pretty.

My beautiful friend gave me a message of today of my need of grounding. She looked at me dead in the eye and said “they are basically screaming at me to tell you to ground yourself like NOW. wtf are you doing!”
So, today I sat in meditation and grounded myself and I’ll be doing in daily with my smoky quartz. And even after a single session I’m feeling better.
You can place smoky quartz as close to the base of your spine or place it near your navel if you feel more comfortable and breathe.
A smoke cleanse before and after to seal the deal. I love Palo Santo but you can use whatever you have available
