Over the past five years, our team has expanded our ALF partnerships and strengthened the foundation that supports our mission which is improving the independence of seniors in ALFs. Today, we’re excited to share a milestone that reflects that evolution.

We are proud to announce that Simmone Dunkley has been promoted to Chief of Clinical Operations at Sobe Innovative Rehab! 🎉

In her elevated role, Simmone will be leading:
✨ Clinical preparation for business development
✨ Statewide ALF fall-prevention programs
✨ Implementation of the Sobe Rehab ALF 10-step program
✨ Clinical operations across all ALFs
✨ Quality assurance, clinical outcomes, and staff development
