In her vital role, she masterfully organizes our onboarding processes, serves as our key liaison for home health and hospital follow-ups, and ensures therapy services flow effortlessly across the entire continuum of care.
Her expertise shines especially bright in scheduling—drawing on her 5 years as our former Scheduling Manager—while she also drives timely plan-of-care follow-ups with our trusted physician partners.
