At Symmetry Physical Therapy we focus exclusively on one-on-one patient care. Each session is with the same therapist, and is personalized to the patient's progression and current presentation. All sessions consist of hands on techniques for management of tight and inflamed tissue. Exercise programs are progressive, allowing the patient to continually excel through the rehabilitation process. All orthopedic conditions are addressed, the body is evaluated as a whole, treatment is specific to the patient to detect and correct the given injury as well as compensatory patterning and movement dysfunction to avoid further injury. We treat a wide range of orthopedic ailments; from post surgical day one to maintenance treatment for elite level performance athletes.
