Jessica is a 500 hour registered yoga instructor who teaches and practices Vinyasa Flow Yoga. She is strongly influenced by Hatha, Iyengar, and Ashtanga Yoga practices and her instruction reflects that. Whether you are interested in individual or group sessions with Jessica, she specializes her teaching to further enhance your practice safely. The advantage of taking individual lessons allows her to cater the sequence to your specific needs and goals. Jessica also leads custom group lessons at a location of your choice. Her teaching style is passionate, feminine, and enthusiastic. Originally from New England, Jessica is now based out of Miami, Florida and looks forward to hosting several retreats in 2017.
