Patient presented with fractured tooth 9. 🔩🪛

Dr. David Garazi extracted the fractured tooth and an immediate implant was placed at site 9.
Dr. Joel Gale provisionalized the patient with a bridge during the healing phase.

Final treatment included individual porcelain restorations on 8, 9i, 10i, and 11 to restore form and function and blend harmoniously with the rest of the mouth.

Given the patient's low smile line and existing implant at the 10 position, no soft tissue grafting was pursued-allowing us to keep the treatment focused, efficient, and biologically appropriate.

A team effort for a young 14 years old patient with Amelogenesis Imperfecta, a genetic condition that makes enamel super weak. A conservative route to keep all the natural teeth was done, starting with crown lengthening to set the stage for a full-mouth rehab; the patient was then restored with full coverage crowns. Seeing a patient get their confidence back at such a young age is life-changing and really shows how much a solid, long-term plan matters.
