Samhain is an ancient Celtic holiday marking the end of the harvest season and the beginning of winter. Celebrated on October 31st, it was believed to be a time when the veil between the living and the spirit world grew thin, allowing ancestors and other spirits to visit. People lit bonfires, wore costumes to ward off wandering ghosts, and left offerings of food for friendly spirits. Many of today’s Halloween traditions actually come from Samhain, making it a magical blend of history, mystery, and celebration.

I found it challenging to overlook the constant focus on "pussypower." While there's nothing wrong with being a feminist, it seems a bit excessive. It's great to take pride in being a woman, but sometimes it feels like there's an oversparing about personal details that I'd rather not know. Just my thoughts!

I understand the importance of loving and accepting your body. It helps you better understand it and recognize when it is trying to communicate with you. However, the author of the book reiterated her message excessively, which made it challenging for me to read through the entire book.

Lisa shares the story of her remarkable family journey, filled with beautiful and endearing anecdotes. Her storytelling makes you feel as if you are being welcomed into her life, creating an instant bond of friendship between the two of you.

I appreciate that she included the Sabbath traditions in her book. The rituals for the Sabbaths are straightforward and practical, which I like. Some authors tend to overcomplicate or drag out the Sabbath traditions for no reason, but Lisa doesn't do that, and I love it.

She also encourages you to magically follow your instincts, which you don't often hear or read. So, this is a very refreshing change of pace with how to do magic or practice paganism, etc. By the end of the book, you feel like you have all the tools and instructions that you need to embrace your divine feminine power.

I give this book a 3 out of 5 stars. I did enjoy the book, but the author repeated her feminine message too often, which became tiresome. That's why I'm giving it this particular rating. It could have been an outstanding book if the author had balanced her message with a bit more humor.

This book is perfect for women reconnecting with their physical and spiritual femininity. Regardless of your gender, I believe this book can assist you in connecting with your feminine spiritual essence. In my view, this is a win-win situation.
