Today I’m working with my patient Ada as we design her new smile using crowns and veneers. 🩺

We started by creating a temporary design so she could see and feel the shape before moving forward with the final restorations. 🦷

After making a few adjustments, she loved the result — so we’re sending this design to the lab to create her permanent smile. 🪥

This step is one of the most exciting parts of cosmetic dentistry: seeing the vision come to life. 💙

My goal as a dentist is always to be as conservative as possible when treating your teeth. 🩺
I truly believe that whenever we can preserve the natural structure of a tooth, that is always the best option. 🦷

When decay is very small, we often don’t need to jump straight to a filling. 💙 Instead, we can use remineralization treatments and fluoride to help strengthen the enamel and stop the decay from progressing. 🪥

Because once a filling is placed, the process becomes irreversible and the tooth will require maintenance over time. 🦷 That’s why preventive and conservative dentistry will always be my priority. 💙
