The Yoga Warrior Forget what you think you know about yoga. The Yoga Warrior was created to share the timeless wisdom Come join us at our small, intimate, studio.

It is intended to assist you in the development of your yoga practice to enhance mindfulness and awareness, breathing, the mind-body connection and the avenues that transform and evolve the mind, body and spirit. We hope to help you explore the possibilities of your full potential through your personalized practice. With a maximum of twelve students per session you get the luxury experience of enjoying of your own, personalized guided yoga practice. Classes are open to both new and seasoned practitioners.
