ER Hospitality has been dedicated to providing the best services in Miami since 2006. We take the time to interview and train all of our employees. ER Hospitality works with first and only Hospitality Training Center in Miami so that each and every one of our staff members are screened and trained to give the best. We require each prospective staff member to pass an extensive screening, orientation, and exam through The Hospitality Center so that we can ensure that you are provided with the best in the industry. The process includes background checks, written, and oral questioning as well as hands on training that includes all areas of event setup, fine dining, adhering to the strictest grooming/attire standards, and many other areas of food service and catering in the hospitality industry.
