Here is a good article from the Child Mind Institute discussing the healing benefits to a child's when they spend more time outside. These benefits are a significant reason why we are so excited about our residential inpatient program, Moccasin Bend Ranch, as our patients (ages 4-12) get to be outside and in nature while they are in our care! 👍❤️

Makayla works hard to ensure that every child and adolescent patient who will be discharging from our facility has the appropriate services in place to continue their healing journey once they leave our care.

Makayla has several years of experience working in various departments at Willow Crest, and she brings this valuable knowledge, plus dedication, compassion, and a positive attitude, to every interaction she has with patients, their families, and our referral sources!
