Halloween magic came to life at Nicklaus Children’s thanks to the Spirit of Children tradition! Patients and their siblings enjoyed picking out their favorite costumes, crafting, sweet treats, and even meeting surprise characters.

Spirit of Children, a program by Spirit Halloween, focuses on making hospitals less scary for kids and their families by supporting Child Life services at Nicklaus Children’s. We’re so grateful for their generosity and commitment to brightening the days of our patients and families. 💙

At five years old, Gianna developed a limp in response to a sharp pain in her leg.
