Growth - that's what I've experienced since 2016.

And made 2 more babies along the way.

In 2016, I was a postpartum mom, navigating motherhood in a new town.

I eventually quit my corp job and filed for my business not having a clue what I was doing.

My in laws moved down and we moved in with them (for nearly 2 years) as I figured out our lives.

I realized 1:1 counseling wasn't for me but helping the masses was.

I taught 14 barre classes a week which was fun but also worsened my obsession with fitness for the negative.

Going back to therapy was the best thing I could have ever done and ensuring I spent time with friends and family as often as possible.

Motherhood is hard but it makes you resilient.

Thank God for the past decade. Can't wait to see what happens from now to 2036. 💜💜💜

This [barely cooking] meal has 25g of protein and 28g of fiber. 👊🏻🔥💪🏻

💫Veggie Burger with Potato & Green Bean Fries 💫

Ingredients 👇🏻:
🍠 sweet potato burger
🧀Sliced cheese
🍔 burger bun
🍟Frozen french fries
🫛Frozen green beans
🧄 Garlic powder
🫒 EVOO
🛢️Oil spray
🧂S&P
🌱 Stone ground mustard

Instructions 👇🏻:
🔹Season fries and green beans in an air fryer and mix thoroughly. Begin to air fry.

🔹While fries & green beans are cooking, use a toaster oven to cook your veggie burgers.

🔹When almost done, add a slice of cheese and cook for 1-2 min longer.

🔹Toast buns and spread mustard on bun (or condiment of choice).

🔹Plate and enjoy!

The best part is that this meal can be recreated with any type of frozen burger patty. The fries also make a great combo to air fried carrot chips or asparagus.

Remember, easy cooking and relying on convenience doesn’t mean you’re compromising on nutrition. 😉

💫Because No Chop, No Stove Top doesn’t mean not using fresh - but convenient - ingredients!💫

Salmon with Baby Carrots & Mini Potatoes 🐟🥕🥔

🔹Season carrots and potatoes in a bowl with olive oil, garlic salt, and herbs and place on a sheet pan.
🔹Set oven at 375 degrees and allow carrots and potatoes to start roasting.
🔹While cooking, place your salmon fillet in a separate sheet pan.
🔹Make marinade with lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, balsamic glaze, and balsamic vinegar and stir.
🔹After seasoning salmon fillet with seasoning of choice, slowly add marinade.
🔹Let set for 20 minutes.
🔹Next, add salmon sheet pan to the oven and let cook for 15 minutes keeping carrots and potatoes to still roast.
🔹When time is complete, pull both pans from the oven and enjoy.

This is something that's rarely discussed on the internet -
There is a line between the desire to change your body because you think it will bring you happiness vs accepting your body but aesthetic change will boost your confidence.

If you're struggling emotionally and mentally, no body or aesthetic change will heal you. Addressing your mental health should ALWAYS be first.

But if you have a positive relationship with food, your body and yourself and seeing a physical change will make you feel better in your own skin, there is NOTHING wrong with that - you do you.

Let's be more open about the difference and not shame any woman for it. 💜
