It’s been an inspiring summer for Capital Health Hospice and Home Care. Our team proudly participated in the Ohio Council for Home Care and Hospice Golf Outing, supporting collaboration and connection across Ohio’s home care and hospice community.

We were also deeply honored to walk in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s — standing alongside families and caregivers dedicated to the fight against Alzheimer’s.

Who Cares? for home care awareness.

Introducing our Capital Health Hospice team Becky O'Hara, Juli Walder, Jane Brewer, and Cathy Merker.

Care at home is essential to thousands of Ohioans, but awareness in the community is still not what it should be. The social media campaign is designed to gather and grow our voices around the theme of making all aspects of home and community-based care more visible.

Help us kick off the social media campaign and answer the question “who cares?” about home and community-based care in a resounding voice: “We Care!”
