BECOMING DISCIPLINED: Where Excuses End & Results Begin
This is a full body and life transformation.
Becoming Disciplined is a 12 week transformation journey built on fitness, boundaries, consistency, and radical self-responsibility.
Youâre ready to get stronger, leaner, clearer. Not just in your body, but in your mind and spirit too.
Youâll be challenged. Youâll be held accountable. Youâll be supported through every hard choice and breakthrough moment. Because you donât just want results, you want permanent change. Thatâs exactly what weâre building, one disciplined decision at a time.
What Youâll Get:
âŞď¸One weekly in-person private session (90 minutes) where we combine power yoga and bodyweight training to build strength, endurance, flexibility, and muscle tone, for physical fitness. This session also covers the in-depth dialogue about what other areas in your life need to level up, and support to do so.
âŞď¸A completely personalized WEEKLY at-home routine *with the accountability, so you actually follow through.
This includes one yin yoga style sequence with deep, slow stretch holds to support healing and nervous system regulation, one cardio-focused workout, and one power yoga routine that youâll be practicing throughout the week. All of these are completely based on your posture and current fitness level. They are designed to restore balance to your body, reduce chronic pain thatâs caused from those imbalances, and increase overall health and physical ability. Everything is provided and easy to follow, tutorial videos can be provided as well.
âŞď¸Accountability check-ins (especially on workout days), so you stay supported, seen, and on track, even when motivation dips.
âŞď¸A clear, holistic overview of your âdietâ not just food, but also the media you consume, the relationships you engage in, and the energy you allow into your life.
âŞď¸Guidance to restructure your inner and outer environment to match the version of you you're becoming- disciplined and aligned.
Becoming Disciplined is a very fitnessed based journey with aspects of shadow work, spiritual growth & mental health included. This is for you if youre wanting to get in shape and level up your life.

THE DESCENT: A PRIVATE SHADOW WORK JOURNEY
This is where you meet your shadow. Not as the enemy, but as the part of you that holds your power.
Inspired by Persephoneâs descent into the underworld, this container is designed for the woman whoâs no longer afraid of the dark, because she knows thatâs where the truth lives.
What Youâll Get:
âŞď¸Weekly 90 minute private sessions that include personalized yoga and intuitive movement, as well as the in-depth dialogue and connection that is the foundation of the program. Getting to know you personally is how I am able to tailor everything specifically to your healing.
âŞď¸A personalized yoga sequence to practice weekly at home & lessons on each pose, so youâre confident that youâre doing the poses correctly.
âŞď¸Somatic practices that help you process and release stored emotion
âŞď¸Private shadow work exercises and introspective journal prompts to uncover truths.
âŞď¸Energy healing and intuitive clearing to shift deeply held beliefs and blocks and recharge the energy field.
âŞď¸Practice setting and ENFORCING boundaries in all areas of your life.
âŞď¸Personalized rituals, embodiment homework (reading, meditation, journaling, activities to push you past fear, etc.) and weekly support
The Descent is more emotional healing based, with aspects of fitness included.
