The KETO Unicorn My dream is that when people think of me, they say, that crazy Unicorn helped make my life better. 🧡 In the Fall of 2021 I found myself 100+ pounds overweight.

I began my low carb, keto journey on 11/1/21. Then on 12/1/21 I found these very magical packets of what I call my "Magic Unicorn Dust" aka Pruvit Ketones! I began drinking 2 a day mixed with water and that's when the magic started happening. Now, 1 year later, I am down 82 pounds. While I am not at my goal weight, I am very proud of my consistency, determination and follow through over the last y

ear. I still have 40 pounds I would like to lose but the greater benefit is feeling better, being able to move, get up and down easily and the way my clothes now fit when they slide on. At 54 years old when I began this journey in 2021, I had come to not only my personal breaking point, but a fork in the road that made me realize, it's now or never. I'm either going to get healthier and feel better and do this by the actions that I take each and every day or I'm going to fall deeper and deeper into a personal, unhealthy coma of rogue, morbid obesity. I got my wake up call. I chose a daily "low-net carb" lifestyle, supplemented by Pruvit Ketones. This is the only thing I've ever found that makes me not go insane. I'm not hungry, I have no cravings, higher energy, less brain fog and greater focus. Let me say, I was very skeptical when I started but I found someone who I believed in, who had been on the path I was about to embark on and I saw her change. I saw her success, I believed in her and I blindly took the leap into the deep end and I thank God everyday for it, I truly believe it saved my life. It's not the destination, I'm enjoying the journey and finding amazing ways to substitute some of my favorite foods for lower net carb choices to stay under 20-30 net carbs per day. My goal is to share with you what I've learned over the last year and encourage you with all sorts of tips and tricks. There is another path and you can do this! You have to believe, have courage, change your daily habits and take a leap into the unknown. What I've learned is that small changes can lead to large changes over time. The most effective way to change your habits is to focus not on what you want to achieve, but on who you wish to become. Becoming the best version of yourself requires you to be open to editing your beliefs, and being able to upgrade and expand your identity. The secret to your success is hidden in your daily routine. My dream is that when people think of me, they say, that crazy lady helped make my life better. 🧡

You can’t just sit back and wait for something to happen. The decision you don’t make on Monday will still be waiting for you on Tuesday, and by then two new decisions will have to be dealt with, and if you still don’t make those decisions, you’ll have three more on Wednesday. Pretty soon, you’re so overwhelmed by everything you still haven’t dealt with that you become completely paralyzed and can’t do anything. Meanwhile someone else is out there making all kinds of mistakes, learning from them, and getting to where you wanted to be.
