While employee appreciation day was March 3rd, we're celebrating our team members all month by sharing the ways they make an impact. Today's team member spotlight is BT Jess Hart from our West Chester clinic!

"My favorite thing about my role as a Behavior Technician is the opportunity to work with kids in a neurodiverse environment. It allows for a lot more flexibility and expression. Of course we have a set routine, but every day is a little bit different. It’s so exciting and fun to work with each of the kids and see their individual abilities and personalities come out," Jess shared.

During the session, the Applied Behavioral Services team and a representative from Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities will discuss the strategies to support individuals with autism in taking their next step after high school. Learn from experts, meet other caregivers, and come ready with any questions you may have fielded by our expert presenters.
