It is with great pleasure we introduce Susie Dudley, the new Executive Director at The Ridge at Miamisburg. She began her duties Jan. 26 at the helm of The Ridge.
With more than a decade of experience in healthcare management, Susie brings with her a love of eldercare, with specialization in dementia care.
“With Susie, our residents and families are fortunate to have a director who represents everything good about our industry,” said Ben Tragethon, Chief Operating Officer of Ridgeline Management Company. “She has a love of people, with a heart for those in the Greater Miami Valley region, and a special place for those with cognitive difficulties. We are excited to welcome Susie to The Ridge at Miamisburg and the Ridgeline Management family.”
Having attended Manhattan College and Ohio University, she has a degree in Business Management. Susie is currently working toward her Master’s Degree. Most recently, she was the CEO of a local long-term acute care hospital, further enhancing her knowledge of the healthcare industry on a wholistic level.
“Leadership, for me, is personal and purpose-driven," Dudley said. "My passion for dementia advocacy comes from the individuals whom I have been fortunate enough to serve throughout my career."
A resident of rural Springboro, Susie and her husband Kyle live on a twelve-acre farm with chickens, cows, cats, dogs and two children – a daughter,13, and a son, 14.

Veteran's Day is a day of remembrance and a time to give thanks to the great men and women who fought for our country. May we never forget and always be thankful. Residents enjoyed sitting outside on their porches 😉 as little ghosts and goblins went door to door collecting their treats. Halloween is such a fun event, bringing smiles and laughter throughout our community.
