Anyone up for a game of bingo? 🙋 Once in a while someone will ask, "Why do you always play bingo?" Well, here's our answer. 👇
It's no secret that bingo is widely considered a top, if not the #1, social game for seniors, largely due to its accessibility. It is highly regarded for providing significant mental and social stimulation while helping combat isolation, boosting memory and cognitive function, and is popular because it requires minimal physical mobility.
Bingo is often viewed as the premier game in senior living communities due to its consistent popularity across generations. It acts as both a therapeutic tool for memory care and a fun, competitive activity.
Plus, who doesn't love winning prizes?

A bit of trivia for your Tuesday. Did you know this?

CPR saves lives and learning it has never been easier. Check out the American Heart Association to find training opportunities.

Did you know that Michael Jackson wrote the line “Annie, are you OK?” after learning CPR? The manikin used to practice compressions in a CPR class is commonly called Annie. During training, rescuers are taught to ask, “are you ok?” before starting CPR to see if the person who collapsed will respond.

So a song that can help save a life with CPR … exists because of CPR. 🤯

You don’t need formal training to save a life. Hands-Only CPR has two simple steps. If you see a teen or adult collapse, call 911 and push hard and fast in the center of the chest.
