As a child, Helena was diagnosed with Central Precocious Puberty (CPP), which is when she began her long journey of education and treatments for her condition. Over the years her chronic pain increased with no real answers from doctors, and finally she decided to take control and find her own answers.

She found her solutions in the most fundamental of activities – nutrition. Combining her expertise as a Life Coach and Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP), Helena guides, supports, and educates women with gut and hormonal dysfunction. Together they work on a system designed to balance their gut and hormones using a properly prepared, nutrient-dense, whole-foods diet that provides the fuel and essential building blocks the body needs.
