Sharing a valuable community resource 💜

Massachusetts General Brigham is offering **Virtual DBT Skills Training Groups** for the Trans & Gender-Diverse community across age groups:

✨ Ages 13–16 (Teens)
✨ Ages 16–23 (Young Adults)
✨ Ages 24+ (Adults)

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based treatment that supports:
💛 Self-acceptance
🌿 Managing intense emotions
🌈 Mood & resilience
🤝 Healthier relationships

DBT can be helpful for those experiencing mood swings, anger, sadness, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and substance use concerns.

These groups are virtual and in-network with most insurance plans (including MassHealth).

It's important to open the conversation about issues, to validate feelings and concerns, to identify ways to support immigrants and refugees, to be a role model for not being silent and for standing up for what is right. Identify ways that young people can feel supported in their community.
