I have to admit, I was reluctant to get on the beef tallow bandwagon, but after many request from friends and customers I decided to start making it. Boy am I glad I did! It hasn’t been an easy few weeks since we lost Jaxon. This boy was the one who started it all. We credit him as being the one who made us a family.
