It is with deep sorrow that we share the passing of our former colleague and dear friend, Dr. Janet Levatin.

Dr. Levatin was part of our Tenpenny IMC family from 2011 through June 2022. She was a fearless, outspoken, and deeply principled pediatrician who dedicated her life to protecting children and promoting holistic health. Her commitment to medical freedom, vaccine choice, and patient advocacy made her a powerful force in our office and far beyond it.

Janet treated her patients and even the children of our staff with a level of care rooted in conviction, compassion, and integrity. She was never afraid to speak out, challenge the system, or stand alone when necessary. Her courage inspired many and set a high standard for all who knew her.

After leaving our office in 2022 to open a smaller, more intimate practice, she continued to care for families with the same dedication. Although she was no longer with us day to day, she remained close to our hearts, keeping in touch and joining us for holiday gatherings. Her absence has been deeply felt ever since.

Dr. Levatin was known for standing firm against injustice and never backing down from a fight when it came to protecting children. Whether speaking at the Statehouse, traveling on medical missions to Tanzania, or guiding local parents through difficult health decisions, she led with strength and unwavering purpose.

The world is darker without her in it. Her legacy lives on through the countless lives she touched, the children she protected, and the example she set for all of us.

While Nichole has a special focus on pediatric and lactation support, she is also a general family practitioner, offering care for all ages. Whether your family needs a well-child visit, a sick visit, or ongoing care, Nichole is here to serve your entire family with a holistic, patient-centered approach. Nichole values partnering with parents to make the best informed decisions for their children as they grow, utilizing integrative healthcare to promote overall wellness.

Nichole will offer well-child visits, breastfeeding consultations, and comprehensive evaluations for mothers experiencing feeding difficulties. For example, if a baby is having trouble with feeding, Nichole can observe a feed, measure pre- and post-feed weights, develop a treatment plan, and, if necessary, recommend blood work to address any underlying issues impacting lactation

Ben's Healing Journey with Sensitivity Reduction Technique (SRT) at Tenpenny Integrative Medical Center:

For the past two weeks, Ben and his mother have been in Cleveland, OH, seeking relief from Ben's severe allergies at Tenpenny Integrative Medical Center. Our very own Dr. Sherri Tenpenny, offered a promising 92% success rate for her allergy treatment, which led them to make the trip.

Ben, diagnosed with Crohn's Disease two years ago, has battled numerous allergies affecting his intestines and overall well-being. Traditional blood tests failed to identify all his allergens, leading to persistent health challenges. However, at TIMC, we discovered and treated additional allergies, providing new hope.

The journey involved dietary adjustments and understanding his body's unique reactions to various allergens. Remarkably, after years of being highly allergic to watermelon, Ben could eat it without any adverse effects within 24 hours of treatment.
