Wellness isn’t meant to be one-size-fits-all or one-dimensional. Therapy supports the mind. Mindful movement supports the body. Practices like breathwork, sound, yoga, sauna, halo salt therapy, and float spa sessions help regulate the nervous system and create space for deeper integration.
If you’re doing inner work, pairing it with somatic or sensory-based practices can help your body process and release what words alone cannot.
This year, consider layering your care — choosing what supports you on any given day. Some days that’s movement. Some days that’s stillness. Some days that’s deep rest.
