Walk with Gilbert to Better Health I'm Gilbert. I have struggled with my weight for several decades. My roller coaster diets have left me disillusioned. Go with me as I start on a new journey.

The long description of this page is largely (no pun intended) my journey to better health and how I intend to find people who will follow me to better health for themselves. As such, it will include blog entries about challenges and temptations, successes and failures, ups and downs and plateaus in the realm of dieting, exercises, coaching and learning. You will see before photos of me and in-process photos as I begin to release the weight, little by little. You'll also see when I've used a particular product that worked for me to drop the unwanted pounds and maybe some recipes as well. I'm looking for followers who want to start their own journey to better health and seeing their before photos, in-process and goal attainment photos. This page will also contain business building ideas directly related to the Beachbody line of products and coaching program where coaches can earn a residual fee every month as they build their coaching business. I will look for people like me who are coachable to learn not only how to build their business but how to follow recommendations that are duplicable so others can easily follow. At my current weight of 463 I will be seeking a fast and furious program that I can do safely without injury and yet have a program that is effective and is financially rewarding as well. My coach has been able to finance her business and enjoy her freedom to coach at all hours of the day as a result of building her coaching business. She has also been aware of people throughout Beachbody's coaching program to be earning tens of thousands of dollars every month. Results many vary. Until I reach that point, I intend to reach my weight goal and help a few other people reach there's also.
