Dear Patients with HIGHMARK,

We hope this message finds you well. We want to reach out to inform you about an important update regarding our participation with your insurance provider, Highmark.

After a thorough review of our practice policies and insurance arrangements, we regret to inform you that we will no longer be in-network with Highmark due to their requirement for 24/7 chiropractic coverage. We understand that this change may affect your treatment plans, and we are here to support you during this transition.

However, we want to assure you that you still have out-of-network chiropractic benefits with Highmark. We will continue to provide the same level of care you have come to expect from us and will diligently submit claims on your behalf to ensure you receive any applicable reimbursements. In many cases you will be paying less than your previous copay amount.

If you have any questions about your insurance benefits or how this may affect your chiropractic care, please do not hesitate to reach out to our office. We are here to assist you and ensure that your care continues without interruption.
