New York strip steak pan seared in a cast iron Lodge pan, cherry tomatoes, button mushrooms, and baby carrots. A gentle deglazing with Pinot noir and homemade chicken stock. Fresh herbs add a brightness that is rounded out by Whole salted butter. The sauce is reduced and spooned over the repertoire. Thank you for the fresh produce and fine herbs to propel this dish to new heights.
