Every relationship experiences moments of strain, disconnection, or misunderstanding.
Couples counseling isn't about blame — it's about creating a safe, supportive space where both partners can be heard and understood.
When emotional safety is present, honest conversations become possible, patterns can be explored with care, and connection can begin to rebuild.
At Augustine Counseling, we support couples in strengthening communication, repairing trust, and deepening connection at a pace that feels respectful and grounded.

As the year comes to a close, it’s natural to feel tired, reflective, or unsure about what comes next. End-of-year transitions can bring up emotions we don’t always expect.

Therapy can offer a supportive space to slow down, process, and move forward at a pace that feels right for you. You don’t have to have everything figured out before the year ends.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed or emotionally drained, support is available.

The holidays can bring joy — and stress.

Supporting your mental health doesn’t always require big changes. Sometimes it begins with the basics: staying hydrated, slowing down, and offering yourself compassion in moments of overwhelm.

If stress shows up, pause.
Place a hand on your heart and remind yourself:
This is hard. I’m human. I can be gentle with myself.

Support is available when you’re ready.

Brother’s Open Private Practice

In November of 2014, twin brothers Mark and Michael opened Augustine Counseling, a private practice to focus on their therapy interests. 3 and a half years later they have grown to include six other therapists with a diverse set of interests. Although they have expanded, the feeling of a small family practice still remains. We believe that with commitment anything is possible, and nothing can’t be overcome.
